Oliver and Company (UK) Limited was founded by Judy Oliver in 1998 and specialises in Leadership, Organisational Development and high-quality facilitation, training and coaching for individuals, teams and organisations. Judy is supported by Charlotte Cummings, the Managing Director. Oliver & Company (UK) Ltd has built a reputation for effective delivery of clients’ objectives by using Nancy Kline’s highly interactive ‘Thinking Environment’© methods which encourage participants to think effectively for themselves and develop a working environment based on trust and mutual respect. Often, we are so busy working in our professions and organisations, that we lose sight of whether we are being effective, fulfilling our potential, and living ‘our purpose’.
