Awaydays and team development events have a bad reputation. Often, they are short-lived bursts of energy and innovation which are quickly forgotten when people get back to ‘proper’ work. Part of our purpose is to change this perception. We want people to view awaydays as valuable ‘connecting pieces’ in the ongoing development of the team’s business that:

  • Produce practical outcomes.

  • Provide a safe place where people can learn new skills.

  • Allow people to think the unthinkable.

  • Start to build people’s confidence in using new techniques which can then be used in the office to make day-to-day operations more energising, liberating and enjoyable.​
